About the role

Statewide roof plumbing, a leading provider of roof plumbing services, is seeking a talented and organised Administration and Scheduling Assistant to join our team . This full-time role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and coordinating the schedules of our team ,ensuring efficient operations and a seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments for our roof plumbing technicians, optimising their time and routes
  • Communicating with customers to confirm appointments and address any queries or concerns
  • Maintaining detailed records of job progress and client interactions
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and other business-critical documents
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our administrative processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably within the construction or trades industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
