Due to continual growth, Punchlines Excavations are seeking to recruit a capable Civil Plumbing Project Coordinatorto join our team in development projects throughout Sydney.

Key Responsibilities-  (including but not limited to)

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Support the Project Manager in administrative tasks and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide advisory support to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to optimise project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in the Civil Hydraulic Construction sector is advantageous but not essential.

We have an array of different sized and diverse projects depending on your capabilities & experience. Based In Sydney you will be working closely with our site teams and will help to resolve issues, deliver processes and solutions.
