The Role

We're seeking a hands-on leader to take charge of one of our commercial or industrial plumbing teams.

You'll not only be on the tools servicing our blue-chip clients, but also supervising your crew, ensuring high-quality outcomes, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Our work covers industrial facilities, commercial towers, airports, swimming pool complexes, councils and sporting ovals – every day is different.

Your role will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a plumbing team, setting daily priorities and supporting development.
  • General Plumbing - blocked drains, investigating roof leaks, replacing hot water heaters, CCTV inspections, and other general plumbing tasks
  • Assisting and overseeing our specialist works such as pipe relining, working with pump techs and roofing.
  • Coordinating maintenance schedules with our Service Coordinator, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to Australian Standards.
  • Acting as the primary client contact, running site meetings, handling escalations, and building strong relationships.

If you have backflow, TMV, roofing, or relining experience, that's a big plus

What's Required
  • Certificate III (minimum) in Plumbing.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • White Card.
  • Working at Heights ticket (or willing to obtain).
  • Police check/Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Basic hand and power tools.
  • Full Australian working rights.

Desirable extras: specialised plumbing certifications, ESP card, gas fitting qualifications.
