About the role:

Looking for a Project Manager, Estimator and Hydraulic Engineer with commercial plumbing experience - The role requires to lead and manage an on-site team of plumbers, subcontractors, and support staff in the office.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Working as part of a team to complete projects on time
  • Communicating effectively with clients and team members

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Have sound knowledge & experience of running a plumbing/hydraulic project lifecycle
  • Quantifying, submitting tenders, winning the job, preparing cost estimates for plumbing systems.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Develop and review hydraulic designs for plumbing systems and oversee the preparation of related engineering drawings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain effective working relationships for repeat business with builders & clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Have good communication skills to represent the company in project-related on-site meetings and discussions.
