Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of experience working with CTP, Workcover, Public Liability and TPD claims;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A compassionate, yet professional and calm approach;
  • An excellent ability to build strong relationships with networks both within and external to the firm, incorporating legal, medical, rehabilitation and administration personnel;
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with demonstrated experience in successfully working to deadlines;
  • A true passion for the law, and enthusiasm about the prospect of on the job mentoring to continue to grow the technical and strategic skills necessary to achieve excellent results;
  • An ability to balance creativity and innovation with structured processes and procedures;
  • A positive, upbeat personality focused on getting the job done, doing what you say you will, solving problems, helping your team and celebrating successes;
  • A willingness to get involved with the community organisations we sponsor to help give back to those around us.
