Role Description

We're looking for an Associate to join us. You'll work on challenging and meaningful matters, particularly in the areas of workplace relations, employment, and industrial law, with the support of senior practitioners who are generous with their time and knowledge. You'll be encouraged to think creatively, ask questions, and contribute to strategy — not just follow instructions.

About You

  • Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with at least 1- 2 yrs PAE.
  • Strong interest in workplace relations, employment, or industrial law.
  • Excellent communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
