Commercial Lawyer (2–6 Years PAE)


Location: Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast, QLD


Full-Time | Immediate Start

Andrew Gardiner Law is a boutique law firm located in beachside Mooloolaba. We offer a vibrant work environment, empowering our team to excel professionally.

We are seeking a capable and motivated Commercial Lawyer
 with 2–6 years post-admission experience to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a full-time role offering exposure to a broad range of commercial legal matters and the opportunity to work with limited supervision, supported by an experienced senior lawyer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property transactions (commercial)
  • Wills and Estates planning and administration
  • Business sales and acquisitions
  • Commercial finance and lending
  • Retail and commercial leasing
  • General commercial law matters

About You

  • 2–6 years PAE in commercial law
  • Strong drafting and advisory skills
  • Able to manage files independently with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Collaborative and proactive approach
