Receptionist - Part time Position

  • One day per week (with extra cover as needed)

At Regis, we recognize the importance of the role our reception team in delivering excellent service. We are currently seeking for a dedicated and organized receptionist to be the face of our home in The Gap for one day per week (with extra cover as needed)

How You Will Support

  • Answering all telephone enquiries day
  • Maintain files and documentation.
  • General administration and data entry
  • Stationery ordering and petty cash management.
  • Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules
  • Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area.
  • Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
  • Administrative support for other departments of the home

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience working in a busy reception role.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.
  • Strong accuracy and data entry skills
  • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Ability to learn internal software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
  • Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
  • Bright and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries.
