The role:

Reporting in to the Clubhouse Operations Manager you will be the hub of information for the Club and be responsible for creating a seamless member experience at the front desk and delivering exceptional service levels.

This is a part-time role offering 15-20 hours a week, requiring flexible availability to work during the week, on weekends and public holidays (rotating roster) with shifts ranging from 5.30am starts to 9.30pm finishes.

Key tasks include:

- Handle enquiries professionally and direct them appropriately
- Manage accommodation bookings and confirmations.
- Assist with accommodation check-ins/outs and supporting members with luggage.
- Stay informed on daily meetings, fixtures, and events in the Green Book.
- Booking taxis/Ubers as required.
- Support and process retail sales at the Cellar Door and Reception.
- Coordinate Dining Room and Club Bar bookings.
- Oversee lost property, member mail, and cloakroom services.
- Maintain tidy card rooms with necessary supplies on game days.
- Restock and keep the Cellar Door presentable.

What does the Club need from me?

- Minimum 1-year experience in either a Reception or admin related role
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service
- Demonstrated high levels of organisation, time management skills and composure under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have intermediate computer skills including word, excel and outlook programs
- Have customer service and front desk experience
- Be available to work flexible hours, this includes morning, afternoon, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with other staff
- Valid NSW RSA
