We are currently seeking a Service Receptionist to join our friendly team. As our Service Receptionist, you will play a vital role in managing the front desk, providing high level and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with customer enquires via phone, email and in person
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Drop off and pick up customers
  • Working with the Service Manager & Mechanics
  • Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their vehicle repairs
  • Issuing invoices and finalising customer payments
  • Ordering and restocking service parts
  • Prepare job cards for Mechanics
  • Must have a honest and reliable work ethic
  • Be able to work Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

To be successful we require the following:

  • Mechanically Minded
  • Previous reception experience
  • Have a Manual drivers licence
  • Highly organized with effective time management
  • Clear communication skills
