You'll thrive here if you:

Have technical aptitude - Can grasp technical concepts and have the ability to learn, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Have 3-5+ years B2B sales experience - Preferably selling technical equipment, plumbing products, or industrial solutions

Enjoy consultative selling - Love taking time to understand client challenges and developing custom solutions

Are a natural relationship builder - Can connect with diverse commercial clients and become their trusted advisor

✓ Must have Australian work rights - Eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship requirements

The opportunity:

You'll cover Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, targeting commercial contractors and direct clients with sophisticated plumbing treatment needs. Deal values range from $25K standard installations to $700K+ complex projects.

Target clients include decision-makers in commercial construction, facility management, and aquatic facility sectors who understand the value of quality systems and ongoing technical support.

Sales cycles vary significantly - bread-and-butter contractor orders can close quickly whilst major commercial projects involve months of consultation, site meetings, and technical specification development.
