Role Description

We're looking for a driven, customer-focused
Sales Representative
to join our team, specialising in
Engineering and Sheetmetal machinery sales
. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, offering tailored solutions, and delivering great customer service in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

·    Manage Engineering & Sheetmetal Machinery Sales transactions and prepare accurate quotes

·    Provide expert advice, information and feedback to clients

·    Handle customer queries and offer solutions

·    Maintain showroom displays

·    Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve shared targets

·    Use digital tools to support marketing and customer engagement (basic knowledge preferred)

·    Participate in ongoing product training to stay up to date with products and industry trends

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the engineering or sheetmetal machinery industry (prefer but not essential)
• Technical knowledge of metalworking machinery and its applications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in preparing sales quotes and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in using CRM software is a plus
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, sales, or related fields are beneficial

About you

·    Self-starter, results driven who can sell – proven ability to close sales and achieve targets

·    A strong team player who motivates and supports colleagues

·    Confident communicator with solid customer service skills

·    Basic understanding of mechanical systems or industrial machinery (preferred)

·    Current Valid driver's licence
