BJ Bearings Dandenong is a leading supplier of bearings, power transmission components and industrial products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Representative with proven experience in the bearings, power transmission or engineering industry.


About the Role

This is a dynamic, customer-focused position where you will be responsible for:

  • Phone sales and customer enquiries
  • Counter sales and trade-desk support
  • Assisting with general store and warehouse duties as required
  • Providing accurate product advice and exceptional service
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Mandatory experience in bearings and power transmission (our core business)
  • Background in industrial sales or related technical products
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
