Location: Dandenong South, Melbourne, Australia
Salary: AUD 80,000 – 95,000 per annum (based on experience and proven sales record) + Uncapped Commission

About the Role
Join our fast-growing team representing XCMG, one of the world's leading construction machinery brands.
Based in Dandenong, this role is responsible for developing sales and managing client relationships across Melbourne's North and West regions.
You'll promote and sell a premium range of XCMG excavators, loaders, rollers, and lifting equipment, working with builders, contractors, and hire companies.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated salesperson with proven experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry who thrives in a performance-based environment.
What We Offer:
Base salary ranging from $80K to $95K, depending on experience and verified sales performance
Uncapped commission—your success sets your limit

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3-5 years Proven sales experience in construction machinery and material handling equipment.
Representing XCMG construction machinery across Melbourne's North and West regions.
Self-starter mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
Passion for sales and a desire to exceed targets
Local Victorian preferred.
