About the role

Join the dynamic team at Zeekr Centre Brisbane as a Sales Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and exceeding targets at our Fortitude Valley location. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will manage a team of sales consultants and play a key role in the success of our fast-growing electric vehicle business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Real sales role and coach for the sales staffs, and provide support for closing and encourage them growth;
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales consultants
  4. Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to the sales team to improve their skills and drive sales
  5. Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities and implement effective sales initiatives
  6. Foster a positive, customer-centric culture and ensure exceptional customer experience at all times
  7. Collaborate with other departments to support the overall growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective sales strategies
  4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of customer needs
  5. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Relevant tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing or a related field are desirable
