About the Role:

In this role you will be actively responsible to drive growth through various initiatives within your territory representing iconic Frozen Food brands such as Patties Pies & FourNTwenty.

Territory includes VIC West - Altona, Werribee, Sunshine & surrounding suburbs. 

  • Building effective relationships with your customer base in the Independent Grocery space and identifying new opportunities.
  • Merchandising and activating promotional activity.
  • Maintain weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Grow existing customer base and secure new customers in your territory.
  • Understand our client's priorities and action with exceptional planning and execution.
  • Negotiate volume & distribution commitments, with optimized shelf positioning and new product ranging.
  • Ensure execution of the client's strategic vision along with executing marketing initiatives.
  • Overnight regional (visits required).

About You:

  • Demonstrated FMCG sales or customer service experience is essential
  • A natural people's person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • You will have basic tech-proficiencies with MS Office, email and CRM systems
  • Self-starter and comfortable working autonomously while engaging and contributing to team success
  • Excellent time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • An organised approach to planning in advance
  • An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure
  • Ideally located in or around  the Western suburbs
  • A valid Australian drivers licence and car
