We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated customer service representative to join our head office in Altona.
You will be armed with a strong brand, great reputation in the market and be given the support to succeed and develop your career.
This is a permanent full time role, and an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for providing first class customer service, communication and sales support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide data and information to the Sales team when required, and service new and existing clients to support the meeting and exceeding of the overall gross profit target
- Provide quotes within the company pricing policies
- Create sales orders, work orders, correction orders and monitor the status of customer orders and accounts, keeping all parties updated when required.
- When required, take and process payments via phone or in person
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Ensure all sales orders are entered and verified in the internal ERP system
- Handle and ensure the completion of warranty and other supply related claims
- Meet, greet and assist customers who attend our showroom
**We’re looking for someone who**:
- Has previous experience in either the architectural hardware or office support function would be preferred.
- Is organised, punctual and great at communication.
- Dedicated - you have a long-term dedication to achieve great things
- Purpose driven
- Has a ‘roll up their sleeves’ attitude
- Team minded and thrives on collaboration, while also being able to work with autonomy to achieve set goals
- Focused on high attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and communicate effectively with clients
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Open communication with sales, and customer service team.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
