The Opportunity
This Project Development Manager position at Flow Power will work with our broader utility Projects team with a focus on originating small to large utility scale solar, wind and battery developments. An excellent opportunity to contribute to our developing renewable asset portfolio that further enables our retail business.
- Identify greenfield project opportunities in an increasingly competitive development environment
- Lead engagement with landowners and negotiate land option agreements
- Prepare and support development budgets and plans
About You
You bring well-versed knowledge of the development of utility scale renewable projects, with a focused skillset in business development and relationship building to originate new project opportunities for Flow Power. With experience securing deals in the Australian energy market, you enjoy working in a big collaborative team that's part of a medium-sized organisation with access to business leaders.

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Environment or Commerce field is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in securing renewable project land agreements
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of wind, solar and/or battery projects, with a background in their assessment and development
- Experience negotiating legal documents, including land option agreements
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using Geographical Information System (GIS) software will be viewed favourably
- Advanced skillset with the Microsoft suite
- Must have a driver's license and be comfortable with broad travel to visit landowners
