  • Provide regular, insightful reporting to directors and investors.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years' experience in property development or project management, ideally in multi-residential or mixed-use projects.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with the NSW Planning Portal and hands-on experience applying the Design & Building Practitioners Act (NSW).
  • Strong financial modelling, feasibility, and commercial skills.
  • Solid understanding of planning, construction methods, and property market dynamics.
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, and stakeholder manager.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a boutique, fast-paced environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a close-knit, collaborative team with big ambitions.
  • Influence projects from concept to delivery with autonomy and responsibility.
  • Work on high-quality, community-focused developments that make an impact.
