The Opportunity
Due to significant growth, we are currently seeking a full-time Office and Accounts Administrator to support our expanding operations. This role is central to the smooth running of our business and offers a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the director and team
- Manage scheduling of jobs, staff, and appointments to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle financial tasks including billing, payroll, and accounts reconciliation
- Maintain office procedures and liaise with suppliers, builders, and other third parties
About You
- Proven administration support experience
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build relationships across various roles and management levels
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience or confidence in managing schedules and coordinating team availability
- Familiarity with Simpro, Xero, and Ezzybills (training provided if needed)
- Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of the construction industry (desirable but not essential)
