The Opportunity

Due to significant growth, we are currently seeking a full-time Office and Accounts Administrator to support our expanding operations. This role is central to the smooth running of our business and offers a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the director and team
  • Manage scheduling of jobs, staff, and appointments to ensure efficient workflow
  • Handle financial tasks including billing, payroll, and accounts reconciliation
  • Maintain office procedures and liaise with suppliers, builders, and other third parties

About You

  • Proven administration support experience
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build relationships across various roles and management levels
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experience or confidence in managing schedules and coordinating team availability
  • Familiarity with Simpro, Xero, and Ezzybills (training provided if needed)
  • Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of the construction industry (desirable but not essential)
