About the Role

Join the Flick Canberra team as an Administration Officer, supporting our sales staff and managing business accounts across pest and hygiene services. This is a hands-on role for someone who is self-motivated, organised, and ready to contribute to all aspects of business administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with account management.
  • Oversee business account administration for pest and hygiene services.
  • Manage cancellations and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts.
  • Communicate with clients regarding account changes and service updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in administration, accounts, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload with minimal supervision.
