We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, Customer Support Representative. If you're ready to provide exceptional service and make a real impact, we want you on our team

The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working the following shift on rotation:

Wednesday-Friday

12:30 pm-9:00 pm

Saturday-Sunday

9:00 am - 5:30 pm/8:00 am - 4:30 pm depending on business requirements

This role requires the successful candidate to work from the CBD office.

About the Role: As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction at every step of the customer experience.
  • Answer inbound customer calls, intercoms, emails and online chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process online payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Conduct daily reporting and troubleshooting within the car parks.
  • Monitor car park cctv for all states to establish/investigate operational issues.

  • Have the ability to work independently in our beautiful office and during nights/weekends.

  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, especially during peak call times.

  • Have proficiency in computer technology and MS Office platforms.
  • Be a Lateral thinker and have strong problem-solving skills while liaising with customers.
