Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Coordinating technicians' schedules efficiently and accurately.
  • Preparing and sending quotes via phone and email.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
  • Managing general administrative duties.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests.
