About the Role

We are seeking a permanent full-time Customer Service Representative to join our friendly Customer Service team working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, to provide phone and email assistance to our customers. This role is to support and drive the development of Coogee for the future and ensure our customers have a positive and efficient experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will join a small, friendly and collaborative team responsible for all general customer service assistance to our Queensland and New South Wales customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Coogee's product range
  • Provide customer service to our existing customer base
  • Assist customers with their order placement and enquiries
  • Processing orders via phone and email
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Complete daily call cycles to a regular customer base
  • Contact customers via phone and email regarding orders and deliveries (e.g. customer queries; delivery allocations; proof of delivery)
  • Complete orders via our data system for our Accounts department to invoice
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry, customer records and delivery information
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service
  • Assist with all general office duties to ensure efficiency
  • Work autonomously and as a part of a small committed team

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
  • The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships
  • Good levels of computer and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A positive and friendly demeanour with an excellent phone manner
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlines
  • The ability to prioritise work with excellent time management skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress skills
  • Experience in data management systems (highly desirable however training will be provided)
