Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role offers a great work environment, with a mix of responsibilities as outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support issues.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- 1 + years' experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in customer service software and tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools or similar systems (a plus).
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (remote and on-site).
