We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Client Service Manager to join our team based in Sydney, NSW on a Full-Time basis.

About the role:

In your role as a Client Service Manager, you will hold a vital position in guaranteeing that our clients experience exceptional service, all while guiding a team of committed cleaning experts.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cleaning industry, be a proactive problem solver, and possess excellent customer service and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their cleaning needs and expectations.
  • Oversee a team of cleaning staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest quality of cleaning services.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients to create customised cleaning plans and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and metrics to track cleaning performance and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in client service management, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders, customers and teams.
