The Andersen Partnership are delighted to be working with a leading Wealth Management firm to recruit a new Client Service Manager for their successful Sydney based team.

The Role

As Client Services Manager, you'll serve as the operational cornerstone of the business, being the first client contact point and ensuring top-class professional client account management. This dynamic role combines leadership, compliance oversight, and workflow management, with a key focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes.

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of complex advice cases
  • Work directly with the company Director, helping with clients, including HNW and UHNW cases.
  • Oversee the preparation of SOAs and key client documents
  • Ensure client queries are handled promptly and thoughtfully
  • Maintain compliance with licensee and regulatory requirements
  • Drive process improvements and workflow enhancements
  • Provide operational support to Directors and collaborate across teams

The Role

  • Partner with the company Director to support clients, including over 100+ HNW and UHNW client portfolios.
  • Manage the creation of SOAs and essential client documentation.
  • Work closely with the admin team, including the outsourced paraplanner.
  • Ensure client inquiries are resolved swiftly and with precision.
  • Maintain licensee and regulatory obligations.
  • Optimise processes and streamline workflows.

The Person

  • 2+ years' experience in client services within a financial planning firm
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • A proactive and positive mindset
  • Xplan exposure
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
