The Gig:

Join a global technology brand with large scale, commercial clients across both public and private sectors. You'll play a key role in optimising the companies services to key customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage strong, professional connections with clients to enhance business growth and expand outreach efforts.
  • Establish clear communication channels for both clients and internal teams; managing inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Plan and execute pre-launch activities to ensure a smooth implementation and onboarding experience for new users
  • Drive customer retention by encouraging repeat business and actively pursue opportunities to attract new clients.
  • Deliver consistent performance updates to both internal teams and clients, highlighting engagement metrics and areas for ongoing enhancement.
  • Lead training sessions, customer service workshops, and skill development for support staff to elevate client experience.
  • Identify and address client concerns quickly, providing effective and timely solutions.
  • Partner with various internal teams to respond to client needs and refine service delivery across functions.

About You

  • A proven record of delivering services meeting associated SLAs
  • Experience within a software driven environment
  • Experience in software deployment projects
  • Excellent people/stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with full life cycle development processes, methodologies and tools, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Excellent IT skills including good knowledge of MS Office

  • Alignment to the Skills Framework inc software development, Data modelling and design, Requirements definition and management

  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a high performing team
  • Ability to prioritise and manage changing or conflicting deadlines, escalating when appropriate
