This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a strong background across all real estate marketing & administration. It is a fast paced role and requires someone who is motivated to succeed and able to show great initiative while maintaining a professional approach at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of 2-4 agents in the Lower North Shore area (with virtual administration support)
  • Prepare listing presentations, proposals, appraisals, sales contracts and OFI packs
  • Campaign plans, strategy and budget coordination
  • Property marketing campaign, execution & compliance during sales campaigns
  • Preparation of brand marketing collateral: produce/design advertising material for agents.
  • Developing and producing content for brochures, websites and email & digital marketing.
  • Assist with Agent with database management.
  • Vendor reporting

Qualifications:

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

  • Administration or real estate experience
  • Real Estate Class 2 Licence or Certificate of Registration as required by Office of Fair Trading
  • Ability and desire to provide outstanding service to clients
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Effective time management to service and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Proactive and team-focused approach to work
