Your new role

Provide high-level support to the Managing Director and legal team. Play a vital role in keeping the practice running smoothly, with responsibilities including:

  • Managing calls, emails, appointments, and meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Assisting with legal research and preparing correspondence
  • Typing dictations and processing documentation
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Providing proactive secretarial support to lawyers
  • Assisting with invoicing and general office administration

About you

You are an experienced Legal Secretary, Office Administrator or Conveyancing Team Assistant with proven experience in a legal practice. You have experience working independently, liaising with clients, and serving as the central support person. Prior experience and working knowledge of XERO, PEXA and MS Office. Formal qualifications in legal services or secretarial studies will be well regarded, but are not essential.
