Yorke Solar are looking for an organised and motivated Administrative Officer to join our growing team.

Duties will include:
- Assisting the Operations Manager overall with some specific duties being:
- Arranging and coordinating customer quoting and inspection times.
- Compilation and distribution of monthly newsletter.
- Data entry with internal systems and external suppliers.
- Other general administrative duties as allocated.
- Customer liaison via email and phone.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be motivated, reliable, and proactive in their approach to work.
- Be willing to learn and grow within a supportive and high-performing team environment.
- Have excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Have a basic understanding (or eagerness to learn) of solar & battery systems.
