**What you’ll be doing**:
Maintaining and updating electronic databases, including **finance and job costing systems**
Managing **purchase orders (POs)** in Dynamics ERP, tracking status, and allocating them to jobs
Preparing and reconciling **creditor invoices** for approval and entry into ERP
Following up on **outstanding debtors** as requested by the Works Manager
Supporting **job booking, cost administration, and document compilation** for projects
Handling **correspondence, filing, archiving, photocopying, and laminating** as required
Acting as the first point of contact for **incoming calls and visitor reception**
Managing **stationery supplies and office inventory**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
✔ **4-5 years of experience** in a similar administrative role
✔ Experience working with **ERP systems** and managing databases
✔ Strong **organisation and communication skills** - both written and verbal
✔ High attention to detail and ability to **manage multiple tasks efficiently
