full-time Logistics Coordinator (Melbourne-based)
to join our team. This role offers a starting salary of
$70,000 - $75,000 base + super
, with
hybrid work flexibility - 4 days in the office and 1 day from home
. We are a dedicated team of almost 20 and growing, headquartered in Cremorne, Melbourne.

The Role
As a Logistics Coordinator at AgeMate, you will play a vital role in managing and optimising the flow of inventory from our contract manufacturers to our customers. This includes inbound freight, inventory control, and 3PL distribution (outbound fulfillment, systems, and returns). We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic eCommerce environment and excels in a collaborative setting. About You
You're a superstar who wants to turbocharge your career and gain valuable experience across logistics and supply chain. While you may not yet have experience in every component of the job, you have a solid base of industry knowledge and excellent technical Excel skills, plus the eagerness to learn and grow. You thrive on change and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
Core Responsibilities
Inbound Freight
- Coordinate production dispatch and shipments with contract manufacturers and freight forwarders.
- Optimise freight options, pallet configurations, and container utilisation to improve cost and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate HS codes, Incoterms, and complete shipping documentation.
- Track shipment ETAs, landed costs, and KPIs for visibility and reporting.
Inventory Control
- Maintain high inventory accuracy across all warehouses with cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Keep stock variances low and investigate discrepancies promptly.
- Plan storage capacity based on supply forecasts and seasonal promotions.
- Approve inventory adjustments with clear coding for audit purposes.
3PL Distribution
- Oversee outbound fulfillment ensuring all customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time across all regions.
- Manage returns processing in line with SLAs.
- Monitor and improve system integrations between eCommerce, order management, and 3PL platforms.
- Track key KPIs for freight, storage, and fulfillment; identify and drive process improvements.
Preferred Background & Qualifications
Experience:
2–3 years in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL coordination (eCommerce or consumer goods a plus).
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic eCommerce environment.
- Solution-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative approach, working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Ideally, experience with ERPs, inventory systems, and/or Shopify.
