**About The Role**
The Regional Administrator primary purpose is to provide essential administrative support to the project team for the ICF New Shelters and Exchange Upgrades Project.
- This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations by managing various tasks, including travel bookings, client reports, training bookings, and scheduling meetings.

What you’ll be doing
- Travel Bookings: Manage travel arrangements for project team members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for team members, including booking venues and managing logistics.
- Schedule and organise face-to-face meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing relevant materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including filing, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications related to administrative matters.

**About You**

**You will also possess the following**:

- Have the ability to interact with clients or beneficiaries of the project.
- Ability to express yourself clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to different audiences and in different situations.
- Ability to manage your time, tasks, resources and information efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Communications skills.
- A current driver’s licence.
