We're looking for a
Wholesale Account Manager
to take charge of key wholesale accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is all about growing relationships, executing strategy, and delivering commercial results. You'll be the frontline connection between 2XU and our retail partners - helping maximise sell-in and sell-through performance, while representing our brand with pride.
How you will make a difference:
Own and grow wholesale accounts:
Manage a portfolio of key accounts across ANZ, building strong, long-term partnerships. Act as the primary contact, delivering service excellence and ensuring alignment with account goals and 2XU's commercial objectives
Lead seasonal range planning & sell-in:
Partner with accounts to plan seasonal assortments, present new collections, and drive sell-in opportunities. Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase our brand and product strategy, while supporting accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
Maximise sell-through performance:
Monitor in-season performance, identify opportunities and risks, and collaborate with accounts on promotional activity, merchandising, and in-store initiatives. Work with marketing to deliver impactful activations and brand education that drive results.
Analyse data & inform strategy:
Track sales trends, account performance, and order patterns to inform business decisions. Provide insights to internal stakeholders and proactively address underperformance, ensuring accounts deliver against targets.
Coordinate & champion the brand:
Work cross-functionally with product, planning, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order delivery and operational excellence. Represent 2XU at meetings, training sessions, and trade shows, ensuring a premium brand experience at every touchpoint.
What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years' experience in wholesale account management, sales, or similar - ideally in sporting goods, apparel, or retail.
- Strong track record of growing accounts in the ANZ market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and act on sales trends.
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sport and performance apparel is a big plus.
