ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Footwear & Accessories team at Designworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within one of Australia's leading fashion and footwear groups. You'll play a key role in supporting the Sales and Product Development team, ensuring smooth communication, timely order processing, and exceptional service for some of our most recognised retail partners.
You'll work cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Marketing to ensure product launches, deliveries, and retail presentations are executed seamlessly, all while developing your skills in account management within a fast-paced and supportive team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Provide day-to-day account coordination support across key retail partners.
- Manage order processing, allocations, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with retailers on product information, uploads, and imagery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Production, Logistics) to ensure on-time launches and campaigns.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for customer meetings.
- Support product lifecycle administration, ensuring systems and documents are accurate and up to date.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a wholesale or fashion environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (Illustrator skills a plus).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, or consumer brands.
- Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
