About the role

As a Property Manager (Holidays) at Beach Retreats Central Coast, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's portfolio of holiday rental properties across the Central Coast Region. This is a full-time role, and you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience while staying in our luxurious holiday homes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our properties to the highest standards
  2. Coordinating the booking process for holiday rentals, including responding to inquiries, managing reservations, and processing payments
  3. Ensuring properties are 'guest ready' and completing final 'touch up' duties at the properties.
  4. Liaising with owners and providing them with regular updates on the performance and condition of their properties
  5. Handling any guest queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  6. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our holiday rental portfolio
  7. Ensuring that all properties comply with relevant laws and regulations
  8. Maintaining detailed records and providing regular reports to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in property management, ideally in the holiday rental or hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential.
  2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience for our guests
  3. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
  4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle the demands of a busy portfolio
  5. Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools
  6. A passion for the local area and all there is on offer
  7. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, as this role requires some evening and weekend coverage
