**Job Description** What you will do**:

- Have you previously worked in a Call Centre, (Inbound or Outbound), Guest Services, Reservations or the Travel & Tourism Industry?
- Do you have a passion for travel and in delivering a superior customer experience?
- Are you a vibrant character, whose personality and smile, will shine through to each potential guest?

Our Sales Centre team is responsible for taking inbound calls, making reservations for holiday stays for our members and guests. You will play a vital role in our customer journey and be the first point of contact for guests looking to book that memorable holiday, road trip, or getaway.

We have 4 full time permanent positions available In this hybrid position, you will be rostered 2-3 days per week at our Gosford, Sales Centre base and the rest you will work from home. We operate a 7-day roster with shifts rostered between 8am
- 6pm. There may be a requirement to have some availability on weekends.

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated sales or exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume call centre environment
- A motivated and driven individual with a strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills - you love a chat and bring 100% positive energy to every call
- MS Office and strong systems navigation skills
- Reservations experience utilising property management and booking systems will be favourable
- Previous experience with Newbook will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a Call Centre environment is highly desirable.

We do the training, you bring the personality We will ensure you have the equipment, training and support that you require to guarantee success. You will need a good home office setup with access to NBN or good internet connection.
