Our client is a highly successful and multi award-winning agency, with offices spanning the Central Coast. They are a fast paced, energetic group of professionals who are led from the front by an inspirational, philanthropic Director, who is engaging and empowers their staff. They’re not just an agency but a multi-divisional business spanning across various exciting sectors.

**Duties**

Due to the ongoing growth of this dynamic business, an opportunity has arisen for a proven performer to join the team as a BDM focused on growing the Property Management portfolio.

Supported by a Leasing Executive and administrative support, general tasks of this role will include:

- Seek out new business opportunities through referrals, networking and prospecting
- Undertake rental appraisals for the sales team
- Attend appointments promoting the property management services
- Negotiating and signing up Managing Agency Agreements
- Build relationships with potential landlords and investors
- Provide occasional support to Leasing where required

**Specific requirements**

It is expected that you will come from Real Estate with a background in sourcing new business or new listings. You will also:

- Have a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Be self-motivated and reliable
- Possess immaculate presentation
- Car and drivers licence
- A good knowledge of the Central Coast
