Due to our continued growth we have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Administrator to join the AE Smith team located in our Cairns QLD branch.

ABOUT YOU

  • Have previous & solid experience providing administration support
  • Experience Scheduling or Coordinating in a Service based environment
  • Previous experience and/or knowledge of HVAC | Electrical | Fire industry highly advantageous
  • Previous experience with invoicing, credit card reconciliation, raising purchase order, good receipting and all general administration
  • Demonstrated high level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft suite including Excel & Word
