Customer Service Team Leader & Coordinator
We have a rare opening in our close-knit team for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator & Team Leader.
We are a trade based business sending our technicians onsite to domestic customers homes.
Our team applies our expertise & process to quickly and professionally deliver to our customers.
We are a preferred provider to most of our clients and so have a solid and growing flow of work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Inbound calls, emails, SMS, and work orders
- Managing the daily schedule of the technicians
- Other administrative & service tasks, quoting, monitoring the progress of current work, and managing service team members to ensure the companies objectives and sales goals are met.
- Managing and improving processes, staff training & development
- Handling any customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
- Growing the department whilst guiding and coaching our team, meeting KPI's.

- Commercial awareness, good with numbers, understand prioritization and can adapt to what can sometimes be a rapidly changing day

- Technical expertise an advantage
The Requirements:
- Customer Service experience in a trade-based repair & service business
- Experience in field service software
- Coordinating a team to deliver a consistently positive customer experience
