What you'll be doing
FOSS Pacific, a leading provider of innovative business solutions, is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our growing operation in Mulgrave, Victoria. This full-time role will see you playing a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to our valued clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and prioritizing incoming customer inquiries and service requests across multiple communication channels
- Providing high-quality, personalized customer support and advice to resolve issues efficiently
- Logging and tracking customer requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Collaborating with our technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed
- Maintaining detailed records and generating reports to support continuous improvement
- Contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the technology or business services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuously improving service quality
- The ability to work flexible hours on a roster covering our Australian and New Zealand customer needs, 7AM till 5PM with the other Service Coordinators.
