We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive / Sales Hunter to join our US team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Commercial Life Science sector and a robust network of industry contacts. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding Epista's presence in the US market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of successful and demonstrated sales experience in the Commercial Life Science industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage an existing network to generate new business.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

As an Epista, you'll be working at the intersection of compliance and business as a part of our highly skilled and dedicated team. You'll be involved in a wide variety of projects, primarily focusing on building our our Commercial Life Science footprint..

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Commercial Life Science domain (pharmaceutical, biotech, lifescience, and related sectors).
  • Leverage an established network of industry contacts to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings and presentations to understand client needs and position Epista's solutions effectively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the Life Science sector.
