The Good Crowd has partnered with a fast-growing digital media agency delivering performance-driven campaigns across SEO, PPC, media buying, web delivery, and digital performance channels — and they're on the hunt for a sharp, strategic, and relationship-driven Account Manager to join the team.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll be front and centre with clients, owning relationships, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and driving measurable outcomes. From planning through to optimisation, you'll be the trusted partner ensuring every campaign delivers impact.

What do you need?

  • 3–5 years of account management experience in a digital marketing agency environment
  • Proven expertise across SEO, PPC, media buying, web delivery, and performance channels
  • Strong knowledge of analytics platforms and campaign reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A strategic mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results
  • Must be available to work 9–5 AEST

What will you be doing?

  • Acting as the primary liaison for your portfolio of clients, building strong long-term partnerships
  • Leading campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimisation across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Monitoring performance, analysing data, and providing clear, actionable recommendations
  • Presenting insights and results to clients in a professional, strategic way
  • Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
