About the Role
This is a hybrid role that combines account management with sales growth responsibilities. You'll be the trusted partner for clients understanding their goals, aligning strategies, and ensuring measurable results. At the same time, you'll actively identify upsell opportunities, expand accounts, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Client Growth & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Translate client objectives into effective marketing and analytics strategies with our delivery team.
Proactively spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities (GA4 setup, server-side tracking, paid media, dashboards, CRO).
- Sales & Revenue Growth
Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets through account expansion and new business.
Develop proposals, present solutions, and close deals with confidence.
Collaborate with strategy teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Reporting & Insights
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and recommend next steps.
Share client and market feedback to refine our service offerings.
Maintain accurate pipelines and sales tracking in CRM/Sheets.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent revenue growth from managed accounts.
- Active outreach and conversion of new accounts.
- Strong client retention and satisfaction.
- Quality and volume of upsell / cross-sell opportunities closed.
- Contribution to overall AU pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Legally authorised to live and work in Australia.
- Based in Sydney or Melbourne.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Strong experience in account management and sales (digital marketing/media is a plus).
- Comfortable identifying opportunities, pitching, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, or performance marketing a plus.
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and target-driven.
