The role
The Assistant Manager – Poolside F&B oversees the daily operations of the poolside food and beverage outlets at Crown Towers. The role focuses on leading the F&B Supervisors and F&B Attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate key tasks and activities amongst team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Oversee the presentation and cleanliness of all poolside food and beverage facilities.
- Foster an expectation within the team to focus on creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure workplace instructions and procedures are followed, current and accessible.
- Engage with guests regularly to gather feedback and support continue improvement in service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of guest service.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of functions and events within the pool areas.
- Assist in monitoring and reviewing monthly P&L figures and provide relevant insights to the Pool Operations Manager.
About you
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity within food and beverage operations.
- Experience working in a five-star resort-style or luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to support and manage staff across multiple service areas and operational functions.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships within a commercial environment.
- Operational and technical knowledge of leisure facilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
