Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will join a great team responsible for the daily admin and scheduling of Technicians and Sub-contractors for maintenance and service-related calls. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration requirements to ensure the effective running of the Asset Department.

Duties Include;
- Coordinating, scheduling and tracking technicians and works.
- Liaising between technicians, clients and sub-contractors to update job statuses
- Placing and managing supplier purchase orders
- Ensure materials are ordered in a timely matter for on-time work completion
- Manage and maintain contractor compliance paperwork and updating CMMS as required

The nature of this role will require you to work some evenings and every other weekend on a roster basis.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience in previous an administration role, ideally in the building services or a maintenance environment, desirable.
- Experience in a UBS or Asset Management/Financial Platform, desirable.
- Outstanding customer service skills and enthusiasm to help others.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- A strong team focus with a flexible and positive work attitude
