Established in 1994, Pilbara Meta Maya Regional Aboriginal Corporation (PMMRAC) is a not-for-profit organisation which delivers essential services (power, water and municipal) and community services (environmental health, housing and accommodation facilities) to remote Aboriginal communities across the Pilbara, Gascoyne, and Mid-West regions of Western Australia.

We're seeking a proactive Tender & Marketing Coordinator to lead high-impact submissions and shape our marketing strategy. This is your opportunity to combine sharp communication skills with strategic insight to win work, grow our reach, and expand our impact across government and corporate sectors.
What You'll Do
- Own the tender process end-to-end (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs)
- Craft compelling, client-focused submissions
- Lead marketing strategy and supervise a Marketing Assistant
- Research opportunities, trends, and competitors
- Track outcomes and drive continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Proven experience in tender writing, marketing, or business development
- Strong understanding of procurement processes
- High level writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Deadline-driven with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with procurement platforms, CRM tools, and Adobe InDesign
