Established in 1994, Pilbara Meta Maya Regional Aboriginal Corporation (PMMRAC) is a not-for-profit organisation which delivers essential services (power, water and municipal) and community services (environmental health, housing and accommodation facilities) to remote Aboriginal communities across the Pilbara, Gascoyne, and Mid-West regions of Western Australia.

We're seeking a proactive Tender & Marketing Coordinator to lead high-impact submissions and shape our marketing strategy. What You'll Do

• Own the tender process end-to-end (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs)
• Craft compelling, client-focused submissions
• Lead marketing strategy and supervise a Marketing Assistant
• Research opportunities, trends, and competitors
• Track outcomes and drive continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Business
• Proven experience in tender writing, marketing, or business development
• Strong understanding of procurement processes
• High level writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Deadline-driven with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with procurement platforms, CRM tools, and Adobe InDesign
