Experienced Administration Assistant

ABA Partners Chartered Accountants is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. We are currently hiring an experienced administrator to assist in the daily administrative function of the practice.
The opportunity:

The successful candidate should have:
- At least 2 years' experience in administration in accounting
- Experience using Xero Practice Manager, corporate compliance software and an electronic signing platform
- A proactive approach to tasks with a solution driven mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An eye for detail and a focus on the client experience
The role:
- Executing client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Entity establishment (Companies, Trusts and SMSFs)
- Involvement in Corporate Compliance, including oversight of ASIC Company Statements, attendance to company changes via ASIC Form 484 and changes to Trusts/SMSFs as required.
- Collation of documents for signing and management of outstanding items.
- Provide support to other Admin team members in attending to general administrative tasks as required, including updating & maintaining client databases, calendar management, answering phone calls, office maintenance and greeting/seating visitors.
- Professionally handle queries and issues.
- Complete other general duties on request.
