At Tabcorp, you'll be more than just a number-cruncher — you'll be the behind-the-scenes champion managing subcontractor and customer billing, ensuring revenue flows smoothly, and building great relationships along the way.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing billing processes end-to-end — from identifying revenue to raising invoices and paying suppliers
  • Collaborating with subcontractors, customers, and Business Managers to ensure smooth and accurate billing
  • Supporting month-end reporting, contract compliance, and admin tasks that keep the engine running
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc billing projects and subcontractor onboarding with confidence and precision

What you'll bring:

  • A sharp eye for detail and a knack for numbers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you're comfortable liaising with anyone
  • Previous billing, admin or accounting experience — bonus points if it's in a similar industry
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and a love for structured processes
  • A team-first attitude and the drive to deliver high-quality work, every time
